 How do you...?

How do you...Enroll a student?

1. Enter the student number.

2. If you desire you can assign a secondary ID (i.e., their social security number).

3. Then continue entering the remaining required information.

4. Select the courses that you want the participant to take.

5. Click on the ENROLL STUDENT button to complete the enrollment.

 

 

 

 

 6. The LINKS at the bottom of the page are for sending E-mail to the ISI project manager, returning to the main menu of the management system, and for exploring the ISI HOME PAGE.

 

 

 

 

How do you...Modify Student Enrollments?

1. Enter the number for the student that you wish to modify.

2. Click on the LOAD STUDENT INFORMATION button to the right to have the remaining information filled in automatically.

3. Make the changes you wanted to the information fields and the course selection fields.

4. Then click on the MODIFY STUDENT button to register the changes.

NOTE: The procedures for DELETING and EXAMINING students follow the same procedure you went through to modify the student enrollment; the difference would be in the name of the button you would click for the last step.

 

 

 

 

How do you...Get a list of enrolled students?

1. Lists of students can be run by anyone of the fields identified. Select only one of the fields or a combination based on the type of sort you want to perform.

2. After you have selected your option(s) the click on the RUN LIST button.

 

 

 

 

How do you...Change The Password?

1. To change an existing project password, enter the old password first. Then enter the new password.

2. To create a new password, enter ONLY the new password, then the student numbers the password allows access to.

3. Next, select the management level appropriate for the password.

4. In all instances, the last step is to click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button to register the change.

 

 

 

 

How do you...Access Reports?

After you have selected a report's option you are prompted to key-in and select some sort options.

You can search for data on one participant, a range of numbers, or on 'ALL' to view data on every participant.

Carefully read all of the options and make the appropriate choices, then click on the RUN REPORT button to initiate the search.

Each report has a variety of search options in order to provide you with comprehensive information on the participants.
