ISI takes pride in assuring efficient and quality technical support. We provide full on site and remote technical services. In addition, our system engineers can provide solutions tailored to the needs of customers at all levels of technical services.
- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
- Hardware and software support
- Help Desk, telephone and web support
- Remote and on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics on servers and stations
- Third-Party Contracted Software – management of contracted third-party software
- Transaction management, such as data upload and download, authentication and security and course session initiation
- Operation and management of centralized network infrastructure, such as data storage and backup, network management, telecommunication, and firewall security
- Web services such as customer website development, e-mail services, web based learning activities via chat, message boards and on-line discussion forums
