ISI’s Learning Management System is a highly innovative and valuable tool for directors, program managers and instructors. The system tracks program participants’ progress through completed training sessions and information is stored in a central database. It allows authorized users, such as instructors, project administrators and staff to track the progress of students, allocate training resources, perform real-time analysis and offer remote electronic mentoring. The LMS also provides a complete reporting subsystem with reports on instructional data related to course activity, enrollment, demographics, performance and statistical analysis.
