  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of ISI systems and third-party products used in customer environments.
  • Authentication, user access, enrollment workflow support, and technical coordination for LMS-driven implementations.
  • Help desk and troubleshooting support for administrators, staff, and registered users under service agreement coverage.
  • Coordination of data movement, reporting workflows, platform behavior, and operational validation.
  • Support for backup, storage, connectivity, and continuity needs that directly affect program delivery.
  • Ongoing technical management for organizations that rely on ISI as a primary support partner.
