Automated Technology Link

Managing Your Training Program with Flexibility and Control

Agencies face a multitude of challenges in today's world of reduced funding and heightened expectations. As new federal block grants shift decision-making to the local level, methods must be developed to achieve a range of objectives:

Instructional Systems combines proven educational approaches with advanced communications technologies to increase staff productivity and maximize available funds. When overhead -- from child care, transportation, and training centers -- can be reduced, more clients can be served and better results achieved. Our Automated Technology Link (ATL), the only system of its kind in the nation, enables administrators to manage client progress and collect performance data better, thereby ensuring that vocational training programs function at their most efficient level.

With our network of learning sites, administrators achieve greater flexibility and control of their programs, attaining a degree of interactive communications and support previously unavailable.

Our network -- which allows "school" to be wherever the learner is -- provides administrators with significant advantages:

What's more, we provide agencies with a proven management system to:

ATL brings the entire program together, through LAN (local area network) and WAN (wide area network) capabilities that make the user's location -- schools, learning centers, offices, factories, libraries, home, etc. -- immaterial to the learning experience. At the same time, ATL improves an agency's ability to gather performance data in a variety of formats.

In addition, our mentors can stay in touch with students on a continuing basis to provide encouragement and answer educational questions, while continuous progress reports are issued to administrators. We also maintain all data at a central location, eliminating the need for site-based backup.
