(3) To understand vents and valves;
(4) Facility with tools of the trade;
(5) To be able to work with pipes of all kinds: plastic,
flexible/rigid, copper, galvanized, etc.;
(6) To be equipped to deal with leaks;
(7) Understanding of kitchen plumbing: sinks, faucets, spray
attachments, aerators, strainers, traps, drains, shut-off valves,
water supply line leaks, repairing other leaks;
(8) Understanding of bathroom plumbing: toilets, diagnosing
and repairing toilets, bathtubs and showers, faucets, shower heads.
