Customer Service
This course provides learners with basic skills instruction for entry-level positions as Customer Service Representatives.
Students will develop key competencies expected of a customer service representative in a self-paced computer-assisted instruction program. Materials have been specifically developed for the adult learner to provide direct application for the skills learned in real-life settings.
