We are working on the following startup problems.
1. If you are using Microsoft IE 4, you will have to load Service Pack 2, otherwise the software sits at the "Made with Macromedia" icon and doesn't work. This is a known problem with certain version of IE 4.
Browser can be  updated directly from Microsoft.

2. If you are using Microsoft IE 5, you will have to download and install BOTH the plugin and ActiveX Web Player control to get the software to work.
The Macromedia Web Player and ActiveX control is available for download from.

Please reboot your computer after installation.

We don't think there will be a way around bug #1, except to upgrade the IE. Bug #2 we are working on. Until we sort this out, you will have to take the time to load SP2 for IE 4, and download and install BOTH components for IE 5. When installing the plugin, make sure to choose the IE 4 and up option on the setup screen.
